I think it's a good thing that you don't constantly have access to all the order information, because it protects you from mistakes like leaving for the wrong destination before you have picked up all orders. But some purely informative data should still always be visible to the rider, like the order ID and numbers, so you can still prove to the restaurant that you're authorised to pick up the order, if you've clicked confirm too quickly. Alternatively, let us undo confirmation steps.

The app does not give any notice about new orders/tasks while chatting with the support. Then orders are sure missed. That's a major bug. Never corrected. When the app is open and new order comes in the sound is almost not noticable. It also does not wait enough time after offering a new task. So when someone is in a traffic situation can easily miss a task. When an order is missed the app penalizes not only by the unaccepted orders statistics, but also by the the actual hours worked.
