I never write reviews for apps, but had to this time. Bought a US eSIM prior to leaving home & its been behaving well so far. Aside from a minor teething issue at first (it wouldn't connect via AT&T's network, so switched to T-Mobile, which works) & the occasional slow connection, everything else has been fine. Help section has been helpful for me when I've needed it + eSIM was easy for this 1st timer to purchase & install. Highly recommend, although ymmv, depending on your travel destination.

Esim installed easily through the app over wifi and worked in London, though speed was terrible. But my esim is not providing data in Italy, despite the availability of both Iliad and Windtre networks, which the European data plan specifies. Data roaming is on and I have restarted the phone twice. I am in central Milan, not a deadzone. Tried contacting support several hours ago, but no response as of yet. Update: 11 hours later, I still have not received a reply to my support ticket.

Bought my card and installed it as advised. The activation instructions did not work and was left without service. The support team sent me the same instructions again, which did not fix the issue. I've been left on read, and my follow-ups ignored. The chat bot will tell you you're going to be connected with someone and they never show up. Edit: after more communications were received, I was able to add a specific APN and get service. I wish the timeliness was better, but I do have service now
