So many glitches! So hard to deal with. Can't change the sensitivity without deleting the camera and setting it up all over again, and even then it doesn't always work. It changes the push notifications at will. It pops off and online at its discretion. Every new update gives another frustrating glitch to deal with. Not a great set up, but it's what I have. I am looking for other cameras with better reviews. It is unfortunate.

I don't understand the updates... data data data? If anything, it's ruining the app.. and forcing others to change. I believe you can change. The cameras awesome👌 The app needs to go back to whatever version that didn't have these occurring glitches or issues....the version that worked without worries or complaints. This is your app. Please fix it. Once properly working again... The app review and rating will change promptly. Thank you.

So, I thought this app was good, worked great for a while. But now after the sound stopped working on the camera from the app, and other strange popups started, the email support is saying that I'd have to download some stuff on to a desktop in order to update it? Shouldn't your developers be creating updates for the app that we add here? Instead of having to use a desktop to do it? Makes no sense. There's new bugs from this year that suddenly came up and have not been fixed.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. The manual upgrading of the firmware can not be done via APP at the moment. So please try to upgrade the firmware via PC. Thank you very much for your feedback and suggestions, we recorded it and forwarded to our R&D team. They'd keep a close eye on it and do more research, which could be time-consuming for ev...
