Ratings and reviews

Severely lacking features. No way to get any type of alerts (email, text, or push) for deposits or withdrawals. I'd love to be able to get an alert for all deposits and withdrawals over a certain amount. This is standard for MOST banks so I'm looking into switching banks as I was forced here from the Premier Bank acquisition.

While the app is quite good and now contains all of the functionality necessary to conduct your business, the bank's underlying processing of transactions is still very antiquated and utilizes batch processing. The end result is that some transactions are delayed, especially over a weekend, before they are recorded in your account. Nothing is "real time" here!

Even more useless than the website which apparently didn't retain my zelle contacts after the transfer from premier bank. I re-entered one (on the website} and the recipient was found, but after getting unable to send several times, I gave up and decided to try the app. The app wouldn't even let me log in, it wanted to verify my identity by sending a text to my landlines. Great.
