Great support (Microsoft has always proved the best at live chat), many tools to gather quality data, and relatively easy to use; Google can drive me nuts with their absent product support and insulting "you-go-figure-it-out" attitude, despite I'm the one paying them! Be careful not to use automatic "smart campaigns" though, as it elimated the flexibility for testing strategies and fully personalizing my copy. I've experienced quality results, even during months I hold back on my spending.

In terms of the basic needs, it's all there. But there's a lot of work to do in terms of being able to really make changes like you can on Google Ads. You only have some metrics, you can only customize columns so much, you rarely have any visualisations, overall it is pretty lacking.

I spend over an hour of my time setting up my account to literally get my account suspended for no reason since I'm a first time user. I spend thousands of dollars monthly on google ads and decided to see if bing ads is any good and now I know why Google is champion. Thank you for wasting my time Microsoft and you won't get a penny from me but thats probably a good thing since you don't care about customer acquisition means you don't care about your customers.
