App became completely nonfunctional several days ago. Homepage spins and spins and spins and never loads. Can't click on anything. Cannot place am order or even browse. Tried reinstalling and still doesn't work. It's been nearly a week and I know I can't be the only person experiencing this. Very disappointed they haven't fixed it.

70% of my order was unavailable, showing poor inventory management and lack of updates. The final invoice also had errors, causing confusion. The app needs better stock management and accurate billing to improve the shopping experience. Customer service through WhatsApp is a joke—responses are slow, and most answers are incorrect.

The app needs to be improved in various ways 1. In searching for items 2. Adding the option to pay by visa 3. The time for delivering the items is too slow( they take more than 3 hourse ) the delivery time doesn't match the time the time they put in the app. 4. The customer service is really slow as well
