This app has potential, but the lack of features makes it feel like a chore. An OCR feature to read receipts or, better yet, an AI feature would be helpful since it's 2024. Including a calculator would save users from offline calculations. The categories are unintuitive and illogical — for example, I gave up searching for dishwashing detergent under household items. A quick search feature would improve usability. My time is really worth more than what this app currently offers.

A Fantastic Way to Earn Rewards! I've been a member of the NielsenIQ shopping panel for a couple of years now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The process is straightforward and user-friendly. Scanning the barcodes of my purchases and completing occasional surveys has been a breeze. The rewards are generous, and I've already redeemed points for several gift cards and even a new gadget.The customer support is responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions.

Excited to give it a go. On set up you have to create a little login/ survey with name dob etc. I added this, and the next page loaded and I refilled it in, them it said I could not continue as the sane had already been used. There is noway to get passed the screen. Changing the name and trying again did the same thing. Two pages of the same data and then they conflict. Frustrating. Deleting the app.
