It aggressively recommends me to send it to skroutz point and when i try to scroll and see the non-default option which what exacty i have selected in the previous step, it doesn't scroll. The number of option I have has been dramatically dropped. That is really limiting. Apart from that the delivery people are always super stressed calling me before they deliver, asking me to go down to carry the package. Not sure why that happens everh time but the experience is really bad every time.

After a year using their service I am sad to have to change this review. 1. They increased the subscription amount and the requirements for the free delivery, never sent any notifications about it, worse for more €. There is no way to manage your subscription and the link stated as to how to cancel it does not work 3. Their website and app puts you on a loop when you try to find out how to cancel the subscription, there is no way to directly contact customer service about this specific topic.

Skoop is not a reliable method to buy items right now because of all the scammers, for all the rest it works as it should. Edit: I believe I have misjudged the whole situation with Skoop. Since writing the review a few misunderstandings were cleared up. What can happen is users ignore some flaws on an item when listing it so it appears as in excellent condition when it isn't. I've already gotten a refund for such an order so no point in contacting Skroutz. The site's great, the sellers dubious.
