This app is a timer for boxing practice. You can be set the round and training time, break time.
Exercise time is displayed red letters, and break time is green. Between each round, you can set a sound or vibration notification.
You can be obtained the notification information through visual, auditory, tactile.

Ease of use is as follows:

1. The first settings : 12 rounds, Exercise 3 minutes, rest 30 seconds.
2. The training time is shown red and the break time is green.
3. You can use the timer through the button of bottom.
4. The reset button is returned the settings to initialized value.
5. you can be set the round, exercise time, break time and notification type in settings menu.

Ratings and reviews

This free app is AWESOME! I 10 out of 10 recommend it! The only downside, however, is that the "Start delay time" option, unlike every other option in the app's Settings, cannot be applied to individual Favorites you have added. If you have "Start delay time" turned on, the delay will always happen no matter what your current Settings are, or what Favorite you currently have set. HOPEFULLY, that will change if this app ever receives another update.

Perfect, adjustable boxing timer with no disruptive ads. Would be cool if they added a "corners out" sound you could use at the end of breaks just like the end of round warning.

This used to be a good app. Now it resets itself mid workout. If you click out of the app to set your music, it resets the time. It starts when it wants to. It 100% messes up your workout
