I really enjoy the content and structure of this app and with some adjustments it would be 5 stars. I've found that the app will only save a workout when I complete it, go back to the home screen, say continue workout and then complete again. The 2nd time I get an option for a cooldown at which point if I hit complete it will save most of the time. I will still sometimes open it and find that NY entire workout was lost and will be given that workout as my daily.

I love this app! I have been using it since March 2021! It has helped me so much, and I have learned a lot from it! The guides are easy to use and it keeps track of your progress, reps, and weight. It has a video for every exercise on the app so you can get the correct form! This app has so many features and so much to offer for everyone on their fitness journey, whether just starting out or experienced! I definitely recommend downloading!

I'm obsessed with this app. There's literally HUNDREDS of work out programs to choose from. 4, 8, 12 week challenges. Muscle growth, cuts, overall fitness whatever you may be looking for, its here. I've lost 30lbs in four months following her program and bonus her nutrition plan! I absolutely love it.
