If the product malfunctions, the app alerts you immediately. You'll never have a cold home or shower again!
Furthermore, with Ariston NET Pro**, your service centre can provide 24/7 assistance, monitor the product and intervene to solve any problems, even remotely!

I feel like the app is very clunky. I had to refresh the app twice just to input command. The boost button just doesnt work. And the scheduling could be better than this. There is plenty of smart device app that could be taken as example. I'm building a smart home and so far this app kinda break the flow of automation and ease of use. Please fix

For a while now (weeks) I keep getting the error "Please wait a few seconds and refresh this page". It is unacceptable to pay for a product/service and not be able to use it. And I have three devices... Ariston should really update their server/bandwidth capacity, or maybe they should just stop providing this service altogether...

Overall the app is fine but it is laggy and very often stuck on screen "Try refresh the page" where you refresh constantly and still nothing works. Usually sometimes it is solved when you come closer to the heater itself. But very annoying having remote functionwlity that forces you to move anyway to the heater...
