Edit: My issue was resolved finally, but it took almost 1 month so what's even the point. Many times they even said that I'm the problem and refused to believe that it was their faulty router. Issues such as them automatically marking tickets as resolved without any resolution are prevalent. Idk how the app is rated 4.4 * The app also needs improvement, in the livechat feature the textbox should go up when opening the keyboard else you can never tell what you're typing.

Worst Service, Worst Connectivity, Worst Helpdesk and Technical Support. Never take Excitel subscription. No one responds to your issues. I'm facing internet issues for the last 15 days and no one responded till today. If you call direct numbers, they don't answer. Help desk is worst. You have to wait for 30mins to speak with them and they don't know how to escalate issues further. Strongly recommend NOT to take Excitel broadband.

Customer support experience is very bad. They are unable to help on anything. After checking with them for connection shifting, I raised the request. Later, they are unable to complete the request. I paid for 3 months and was able to use service for 1 month only. When asked for refund, they are not responding. They will ask to mail to helpdesk but there won't be any calls or mail on this update. They are frauds. Better to go airtel or jio as they will hear you and provide you solutions asap.
