The app is great when it works. However, these guys have tried so hard to be intuitive that they got rid of the simplest feature a package tracking app needs: manually input a tracking number! "You'll never need to manually type in a tracking number again!" Except for when you do, and then you can't. It's more work for me to email a link to myself with a tracking number than to just copy-paste a tracking number in, just in case it doesn't work. Please fix.

Concept is good idea, that's the only reason for my two stars... the app is NOT user friendly whatsoever. Very buggy and keeps crashing and you have to reset and put all your information in again. If you are lucky to even make it past that point to generate a price for the package you want to send is impossible you're left with a blank page that says the word "best". That's one hell of a word to leave users stuck l & not able to proceed. The irony here is how bad this app is. "Best" my A$$.

I just noticed that when I go to create a shopping label in the weekend shipping is a few dollars higher. Like something that usually cost $8 then is $12 when the post office is closed. Pretty sneaky. I will be downloading another shipping app and comparing prices. ADDING ** Prices definitely change.. same address added at different times jump . I've had as much as a $53 to $70 some dollar change. I'm not making this up. I'll still change my 3 star to a 4 star because I do like the app ithelps
