Slomins technology is a huge STEP DOWN from the previous security systems we had. Sorry to say, but the apps are clunky and you need more than 1 app to view security and cameras, which are separately managed. Does not support simultaneous login or mimic dashboard (each user has its own setup). Sorry, but while the core security features of intrusion may remain the same, the other features, such as event history, custom doorbells, or even identification (user1, user2, user3) just are all dull👎

The alarm service is great but the app needs improvement, I'm stuck in my room because the app won't load correctly otherwise I will set off my alarm if I don't disarm it. Get better developers please

It's very basic. Hiccups here and there. Desperately needs features to call for help in the app. Older people can get to the app quicker/easier than the touchpad in case they need help.
