The app keeps crashing repeatedly... it doesn’t open at all. Whenever you try to open the app, it just keeps loading and then automatically closes. If you uninstall and reinstall the app, it works for 4–5 days and then the same issue repeats. Very disappointed with this mobile banking service app. Please tell the app developer to provide a permanent solution for this.

Very worst. Application keeps crashing. When I try to login it says "It's not with you, it's with us. Please try after sometime" ljust don't know how much time is the 'some time' they mention. I waited for almost 12 hours and it was still the same. When I contacted customer support, the wait time was also high, and the person asked me to check after 2 hours and if it didn't work, again I should wait for 24 hours it seems. Very horrible experience.

it just keeps on crashing as soon as you launch. what's the use of the mobile app when you can't use it on the go. there is no issue with the phone or android version, note that! Edit: What is the point in sending an email when the details are here , The app is just crashing and not opening, it works after reinstalling but the same issue happens when you open it next time. there are many reviews says the same thing, isn't it normal for team to go and check and release new updates instead ignore
