After having no issues with the old app or the new app in the past, I tried to log into my account. Before I was able to utilize my fingerprint to log in but the app had me logged off completely. Tried unsuccessfully to login with my username and password with it saying "unable to locate my records with the information I entered". Huh, I must have forgotten my SSN, account number, birthday, & zip code. Amazing!!!! Had to give a star to be able to leave a review or I would have left zero stars.

This app sucks, on the old app I was able to see everything, pending, spent or available, but now there's not enough info for what's in my account, I try to keep most in other accounts and move money to cover any expenses. I lost almost 200 dollars in just overdraft fees last month because when I checked my account it listed one total and no pending amount, then my account says a totally different amount and now it's in overdraft, just using this app alone makes me want to switch to another bank

The features of adding and viewing external accounts is amazing. However, I can never tell my main acct balance from day to day because transactions would be pending, then just disappear, and my balance would go from being correct, to being a higher amount, to then being a much lower amount, and then everything would just randomly be fixed in like 4 to 5 days. It gets severely annoying to calculate bills and knowing my amount when the app just changes what's in there on a whim.
