I just found out that QR code doesn't scan in some of the outlets. Not everyone wants to use google wallet and this significantly limits rewards points collection. It would be very handy to have menu option, even if not all options are available in all locations, to make a choise before purchase instead being transfered to "Order Now" (i.e. latest "Mild or Wild" or Saver Subs).

Had a subcard for years. Built up a stock of points for us on rainy days. You discontinue the cards, and develop an app which doesn't let you scan your card to reclaim the points. Then the app doesn't even work, with 'HTTP 530' showing up everytime. Do better, you can afford it.

It DOES NOT work! As soon as the app opens I am asked for location permission which I grant. The screen is black. I get a pop-up stating "Can't play this video" with a green OK. I tap OK. I get a screen with various countries listed, UK is pre-checked. I confirm. The screen goes black again with another "Can't play this video" pop-up. I tap the OK and the screen remains black. I have cleared cache and data, un/reinstalled. I've permitted all cookies on the subwayrewards.uk as suggested.
