They cancelled my booking early morning b4 my arrival by 6 H.When I tried to re-book, Apk couldn't make a reservation at the same day. I went to their branch and they offered me higher category with higher price. They Fu**ed up my trip successfully although I have membership.

Worst app)/service No confirmation they send You have to go to the branch If you can't send confirmation on app and ask to see the branch, why is this app then? Useless.

You can't just rent/reserve a car instantly, you have to wait for them to confirm your reservation which may take hours and it's not convenient.
