The phone app has just stopped working, I can log into the app however I cannot reconfigure the app, it fails every time.. Why?? In reading the reviews it's obvious there are problems and I don't see any responses from the owners and that concerns me greatly... Can someone from the company make contact or at least give out an email address so that the many frustrated customers can communicate directly...

The app was works perfectly but now always sign me out and lost my device. I've to uninstalled and install the app then showing wrong passwords. If works after coupler trying then can't found my device. Anyone know any other app can I use instead this.

my cameras are useless now. this app was never very good and sometimes troublesome. it would appear not their servers are gonzo bunny. for a week now the app will not connect, allow password reset, or even create account anew. this is after reinstalling from scratch on both my phone and tablet.
