My experience with kolomoni is very terrible and the company is not what it claims to be. Firstly,have been reaped off the balance in my wallet with several promises of looking into and getting back to me for months now by who so ever responded to my mails and calls, yet nothing. Secondly the App is a big flop of late. Money csn enter the wallet but can be transfer out. I often wonder what kind of a real banking business app does that? I often wish i never had anything to do with this company!

It is a nightmare transferring money from your wallet to your bank. Response to emails from support is also unsatisfactory. More than 24 hours after sending an email concerning transfer difficulties, still waiting for a response. You also don't get notifications when where's downtime with respect to a functionality on the app. At the moment the app is like a money trap, since transfer of funds from wallet to bank is very inefficient. Will be waiting for an updated version in response.
