PAY WITH YOUR PHONE
It’s simple, safe, and contactless! For fuel purchases, just open the app, select ‘Pay at Pump’, enter your pump number, and authorize the pump. All you have to do is get out of your car to select a fuel grade and begin fueling. When you finish fueling, the app automatically displays a receipt with your transaction total, earned rewards and, if selected, a car wash code.
If your location services are turned off, simply scan the QR code at the pump to select your pump number.
For in store purchases, open the app, select ‘Pay in Store’, confirm your payment method, click ‘Generate QR Code’, and show the QR code to the cashier for scanning. When your transaction is complete, the app automatically displays a receipt with your transaction total and earned rewards.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
The app accepts payment methods that include Google Pay, all credit and debit cards, Click to Pay, and Exxon Mobil Direct Debit+.⁴

Previously reviewed. Update 9/21/24 - Today, pulled into an Exxon station, opened the app. Didn't ask for my password, good start. But then when I tapped "Pay at Pump," it said I didn't have locations enabled. Went to Settings and enabled locations for the app. Back to the app, same thing. Tried multiple times, finally gave up and used a credit card. I have never had this particular issue with this app, but it's always something. Uninstalling again. It's like they're screwing with me.

Tried signing up after downloading the app for the first time, asked for a phone number, and after entering my number, it says, "A user with the specified ID already exists. Please choose a different one." Even though I have never used the app before. I signed up at a pump station with ONLY my phone number, which means there's no way to get to the email section to ACTUALLY sign up. If this can be taken care of and I can actually sign up in the app, I would be more than happy to change my rating.

Updated: 08/11/2024 The app is not working again! It logged me off and I couldn't sign in back. I tried to reset the password but no responsed from the app. Thus, I filled up the tank without reward points. Update: 2/6/2024 The app is back to normal. I could sign in and used it yesterday. 1/29/2024. It has been 2 weeks the app stops working. Reinstalled the app wouldn't help.
