This app is terrible! For almost 6 months it worked without a data plan then it stopped. Just a week ago it started working again without data then I logged on this morning and it's idiling. Every employee I have talked to complains about this app. The company needs to switch back to original. Phone sometimes ring and there is a busy signal at the same time it's ringing. Barely tracks recent calls, you have to constantly keep refreshing. The app is useless if you work remotely.

So I downloaded the new app and it's telling us we don't have an office suite account? The first app worked about 2% of the time and now this one doesn't work at all.!
