Ratings and reviews

Connectivity problems. Good for 3 years, now very poor. Reset router, cleared cache, reinstalled app, reset cam, uninstalled cam. Keep getting connectivity timeout. There are cheaper more reliable cams. This one was wonderful when it worked as one could check temperature and humidity when away.

Having issue with Audio. Can hear the people talking but cannot talk back. Read the faq, went to the homepage nothing really there so at a lose. Video is good and the sound I get is clear and loud, just need to communicate with people at door. (Update) Went offline and won't reset or start because offline. Never worked properly starting with sound and now just off. Could not find how to fix so will remove it. Not for sure if I just got the bad one or not. I won't replace with same brand.

I recently purchased a zmodo camera from Amazon, and it was working for about a day. Now I can't get it to reconnect. I tried unplugging it from the socket, resetting my router, forgetting the device, and doing the installation process again. Nothing worked. I read PoE cameras are more reliable than ones that connect through wifi. Im not sure if that is true, but I wouldn't recommend getting a zmodo camera. This is the third Zmodo camera I purchased, and im still having the same issues.
