Ratings and reviews

The service is fluent and good, and to be honnest this app deserved a 5 star rating. but the reason why i gave only 3 is because of the bugs in app. as far as i see it it seems to be using a website, so some functionalities just dont work like capturing images for verification using camera, and copy functionality when getting the address to send funds to. these are not bugs that can stop you from using app but they are so annoying

Yellowcard is a great platform—it's user-friendly, offers fast transactions, and integrates well with Spenn. However, the frequent updates, almost every two weeks, can be a bit excessive. Additionally, the limits on Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts feel quite restrictive. While the platform works smoothly, the low daily caps on buying, sending, and withdrawing can be frustrating. A suggestion would be to implement limits per transaction instead of per day, allowing for more flexibility.

This app is a waste of time, don't even bother. I created a new account and can't get it verified in over a month. I reached support twice they keep telling me they are still reviewing and will get back. I'm deleting the app immediately and unsubscribing from getting any future emails from them. If you are looking for something serious, check elsewhere.
