The MaCNSS application, in its new version, allows you to access remotely and securely all the information related to your social protection and also benefit from a range of innovative services, namely:
1- Secure authentication thanks to biometric connection and facial recognition;
2- Recovery of access identifiers;
3- Communication with the voice assistant through two languages: Arabic and French;
4- Consultation of the details of salary declarations;
5- Real-time monitoring of the processing status of files as well as payment of services;
6- Edition of certificates (Certificates published online can be authenticated on the CNSS website);
7- Downloading documents hosted in the “My downloads” section;
8- Retirement pension simulation;
9- Verification of rights to Compulsory Health Insurance;
10- Modification of personal data;
11- Declaration of family members.

Ratings and reviews

This last update made things worse. Why do we need NFC authentication or OCP authentication when there’s already a password for the account? At least make it a one-time process, not something required every single time. It often doesn’t even work despite the NFC being available. I really hope you revert to the previous version.

Since the last update, it's impossible to log in with e-ID. The app keeps looping: it redirects to sign in, then goes back to the start without logging in. It’s frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. It used to be much simpler. Please fix this issue quickly or offer another login option.

Since the latest update, I can't even access my account anymore. The app became completely buggy. Nothing works properly. It keeps freezing or showing errors, and the login system is a nightmare. Everything feels more complicated than before, and it's frustrating when you need quick access to your documents. For an app that's supposed to simplify things, it's doing the exact opposite.
