The Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army, IPPS-A Launch Platform will provide soldiers with a user-friendly way to access the DMDC My Access Center through DS Logon. The core feature will be a push button that will direct the user to the DS Logon sign-on page.

It straight up just doesn't work. The Army switched to this to make everything easier but it doesn't work at all. I've tried to fix my pay issues on this app and on the website trying multiple computers, and none of them work, but everywhere I go just says "Submit a request on ippsa". Ridiculous

This app is complete garbage. 1. If you have multi-factor authentication enable for DS Logon, you can't even login. When you switch apps to get the MFA code, it backs out of the login process completely and sticks you in a repeating loop. 2. Based on the other reviewer comments stating that it basically redirects to the web interface, even if I could login, I'm deleting the app and sticking with the web version.

It's literally not an app, it just redirects you to the browser web page which half the time won't load on a phone browser anyway. Update 01 Jan 2024. New updated app, still just a redirect to a web page that won't open. If it requires root certificates, why don't they include them in the app and install them then? Total garbage.
