Ratings and reviews

Booking through the app has been easy to do, my problem is not being able to utilize the Family & Friends feature. I would really like to use this to book for my spouse and relatives but after I send the invitation to join my network, the person is never added to my network. I'll update my review once this is fixed. UPDATE: The Family & Friends doesn't work on Android devices, only Apple ones. I was able to get it to work on my iPad. Please fix it to work on Android and I will update my review.

It's fairly easy to navigate through the website and to book my appointments. You have the option to add an appointment directly to your calendar without leaving the app, which is another great feature as well as receiving and email and reminder notifications of the appointment. I'm able to review past services, which is great. I need to use it a little more to give a more in-depth review.

It's good I give a 5..It doesn't mess up haven't really had a lot of problems with it. gives you a lot of reminders which is cool especially for a person that is very busy with a lot on their calendar I also like the fact that you can look at other businesses and explorer which is not always an easy thing to do. and you can look at other businesses anywhere in-country basically... so if you're out of town you can book an appointment with a Barber that you've never been to.. very convenient
