Terrible experience. The delivery app sent me a broken device and then told me to deal with the merchant myself. They take no responsibility and offer zero support. Very disappointing service.

I've had a very good experience with miswag for such a long time, but I feel so disappointed lately due to an error happened with me while I was paying with my card for one of my orders, the error cost me to pay double amount. Miswag didn't give me a satisfactory answer about my inquiry, I guess I'll never use it again, I mistrust them now, unfortunately.

I've ordered and I paid using my debit card a 408.2k IQD after 5 days they informed that one of the products that I ordered was not available at the supplier store and offered to buy a more expensive one, I asked to be refunded via card but the surprise was that they refunded my with a lesser amount saying that I had a discount coupon applied in my ordered so the the refund will not be the same as the price of the product removed
