Useless and stupid app. I purchased the ticket using the TUA app on another phone, then I changed my phone and when I logged in to TUA on the new phone, no tickets were showing in the app. The message shows that tickets are stored on the phone. Really? Who stores the tickets on the phone in this 21st century? Neither did I receive the tickets in the email. Very pathetic app.

Useless. Missing descriptions on the buttons, tried many times to register the credit card, and tried as well to simply pay for it... no luck. And more shockingly the app gives different bus times than the website so you don't know which is the right one... annoying and disappointing

Gentile Ivan, ci dispiace che abbia riscontrato problemi con gli orari, che sono stati aggiornati venerdì secondo le indicazioni dell'azienda. Se potesse gentilmente farci sapere che tipo di ricerca ha fatto (linea, percorso o altro) scrivendo ad assistenza@mycicero.it faremo un controllo puntuale per risolvere. Grazie

Worst transport app in existence. It omits all train information and only shows buses. If you don't select really specific from/to stops it won't show what you are looking for. Selecting a city is useless, you have to know the stop name beforehand.
