The RailRestro app is fantastic for ordering food in the train — very easy to use and delivery was on time. Overall, great service but the meal price should be more reasonable. The food quality was quite good — much better than regular pantry meals. The taste was fresh and the packaging was clean and hygienic. However, ₹220 for a simple veg thali without extra rice is way too expensive.

the quality of the food was not up to the mark. The app should select the restaurants after fully verifying the quality of the food. Besides, their customer service agent was constantly forcing me to rate 5 stars, even though i was not fully satisfied by the service they provided and i told her about my experience. The delivery was prompt and the food also got delivered to my berth.... but i was disappointed by the quality of the food as well as its packaging.
