if it had half star I would gladly have it... so many bugs, sometimes just kick me out from the app, doesn't respond sometimes, doesn't work from time to time.... The WORST service app I have ever encounter. If U want Ur customers to stay and use this app I hope at least fix the bugs and use it Urself to know what have U created.

This app is completely useless. It doesn’t even work properly—keeps crashing and freezing every time I try to open it. Basic features don’t load, and the interface feels broken. Very frustrating experience. Please fix this app, otherwise it’s not worth downloading at all.

I had the worst experience while using the Nepal Telecom app. I can’t reset my password because the “Forgot Password” option doesn’t even work. If I don’t remember my old password, I’m completely stuck. The app is full of bugs and feels poorly maintained. Please fix these issues to make it user-friendly.
