The photo upload the biggest garbage I have ever seen in my life. I cant get a single picture to work. For a dating app that's murderous. On trying to upload you get a cropping menu that makes no sense and doesnt actually work. Then once uploaded the result is not the same as what you were shown in the cropper. Then what it looks like on your profile is a 3rd version, this time ultra-tall and cropped randomly. No way to frame a face correctly. -- Also 500 char limit for the bio is ridiculous.

Customer support is MIA. *While setting up my account* their AI suspended me because it didn't like a picture I uploaded (which did not break any rules, the AI just sucks). Would have taken 2 seconds for a human to clear the issue. Except they apparently don't have any that work there. It's been 84+ hours and their tech support chat continues to say they will be in "tomorrow". This is not a real app, apparently. Update: It's now been 124+ hours. Please don't waste your time with this app.

I was facing an issue with the promo code, but the support team from Nymph helped me out and guided me properly. Appreciate the quick response and hoping to try the free trial soon!
