It is a good app that fulfils the purpose. however, few enhancements can make it much better: 1. There should be a faster mechanism of completing the transaction if the amount is transferred to Exchange IBAN using a local bank. 2. The chat mechanism should be there for day to day issues. 3. Toll Free Numbers should be available for calling customer support...

Find another app for sending money. Half the time al ansari transactions fail to send but account of origin is deducted. You get your money back but it takes a few days, completely defeating the purpose of instant online transfer. Also, the OTP takes forever to arrive when opening the app. You are stuck in a loop of resend otp and wrong otp cycle.

It's almost like the app was created by a 10 year old. The worst interface; even worse experience. When you try to login, it takes you on a loop of OTP, Fingerprint, and Pin - over and over again. I guess it's pointless using the app; just use the physical card; and try to live with it. Update: I'm sorry but I cannot send you descriptions of the multiple problems with the app, interface and compatibility; That a job for your QA/QC function; if you do have one.
