I'm using a Google Pixel 3A phone. When I select a movie, all the ads play flawlessly, but then the movie won't play, it just says try again. This is the worst possible scenario! I don't want the ads, I want the movie! I get "[DRM_FAILED_TO_PROVISION] Unable to play protected content at this time. please connect to the internet internet and try again." I am connected... I see the ads. Any chance of fixing this before we land?

Update is terrible. Now when watching anything and there is an announcement, or you open a message the app starts again with adverts. Haven't even taken off and has happened 4 times. Has also crashed twice and needed fully restarting.

I don't know what changes have happened, but I can no longer fast forward or rewind a movie, as someone who flies frequently, and is used to watching half a movie then continuing, this is a mandatory feature and very annoying to have been removed.
