Ratings and reviews

This is a hard no. The app LOOKS like it's easy to use with big shiny buttons. But no. You cannot find any of your benefit information related to you. This is awful.

There is a bug in the app. When I try to attach pictures, the app closes on its own with a pop-up message saying there is a bug, and I have to redo the entire process. This app does not let me attach any pictures. Please check and fix this bug.

Biometric sign in not working. I have the option enabled and it's still asking me for my password every time.
