What a bad company.. They simply cancelled my flight which was booked two months in advance and now I have to search for a flight and should pay premium charges because less time is available and that too on holiday season.. Very bad customer care.. Junk service. Should never use this flight..

I had a terrible experience with Akasa Airways. I booked a flight from Bangalore to Guwahati for 5:10 PM, but a day before travel, I found out the time was changed to 9:40 AM without any notice. This completely disrupted our plans, and customer service only offered a refund, which didn’t help since last-minute prices had increased by 40%. Worst part: the app still showed the 5:10 PM flight as available. Be cautious—this airline is unreliable and doesn’t communicate properly.

I would like to give zero star for app but no option available. Not able to retrieve my flight details even after entering PNR & Email id. Every time this message is coming 'no details available'. Very slow app so many technical glitches 😕😕. I m afraid about the travel experience hands crossed 🤞🤞
