The new UI overhaul for the app has made things more difficult to navigate compared to having the main options on the bottom bar, which is easier to reach and navigate. Now, you have to go into a menu. Favourites is now in a list view only, why the grid view was so much more user-friendly and fast to find items. I can't any longer see how many stops my home delivery has. This appears to be a downgrade with many issues. Who approved this and why? I heavily recommend you change your systems back.

An awful & painful app to use! I have been a home delivery customer for years and it's always been frustrating to use. If feels like its gone back to 10 years ago and has been cheapened in some way. Please, please please remove the "sponsored" and "featured" products in the favourite lists, it's made it 10 times longer to scroll through which makes it even more frustrating to use like not being able to go back on something and having to start again from start of the list. It's 2024 not the 90's!

The recent update is awful! I've been a user for many years (being disabled and housebound) and for the first time, I'm considering switching to another shop. Everything has slowed down to the extent I don't know if the app has frozen. Adding items from my favourites list results in the loading circle forever circling inside the add button. Items taken an age to appear now and across many pages (which takes forever to load) whereas before they were all in one continuous page which worked fine.
