Ratings and reviews

This app is pretty decent. I don't like that if you close the app, your audiobook will stop playing. Other audiobook apps will keep playing in the background. My biggest complaint is that they've done a great job at making it hard to cancel your membership through the app. The biggest win for the app is that they have audiobooks from indie authors that I haven't been able to find other places.

This app and service is much, much better than others I have used. I have a wide selection to choose from, and I appreciate that my monthly credit is less expensive than buying from other sources. The only concern I have is archiving a book when I'm finished. I may be doing something wrong, but I can't revert the book to my library until I start a new one. Consequently, every time I enter the app the old book starts up. It's more annoying than everything else.

Disappointment sums up my experience with this app. The sleep timer minimum is 15 minutes which is more than other apps. Also, when I restart the next day, more time passes than set. Rewinding often does not work, as it frequently fast-forwards or skips chapters instead. These features are basic but unreliable, which is frustrating. For an app like this, these functions should work smoothly, but they don't. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it due to these persistent problems.
