Ratings and reviews

App is great however the Bash delivery system isn't effective. How do you send a link at the last minute for the driver's information. I work US times and by the time they deliver, I'm usually on my way to work when I get the link. The 1st message for delivery comes in the morning, why doesn't it come with the link beforehand? If that were the case, one could actually reschedule. Also the link doesn't come with options to reschedule or change the address like other courier services

The person who created this app does NOT understand convenience. The whole purpose of an app should be to have your details atleast saved. To pay YOUR account, when you have ALREADY logged in, it still requires you to enter a 19 digit account number. NO OTHER APP REQUIRES THIS, the information should be there it's the reason you are logging into your account!!!

This app has to be thee most old dated, I don't know what you want me to update when you sent me a notification. Anyways! Having to wait for items to be delivered one by one is rubbish! Very time-consuming. Having to log in a million times when you want to be notified about an item that is out of stock has been restocked. The app crashes a million times before you check out. Very annoying!!!!!
