Worst app ever. Why do employers choose this app ??? I have no idea! this whole service really, because there is nobody to ask. Emails only ,takes days. Items clearly eligible get declined without an explanation or even which items on long receipt, all marked H and get declined!! We have no choice but use this service and it's sooo bad . Look at reviews, not just me! Sad!

Nonstop issues and problems. Get an alert to add documentation, I add it and I'm told I need to call because there's a problem. I call...no help because it is Saturday. I notice my prior file has .jpg extensions being added. Try to delete the attachment. Can't find a way to do that. Try to delete the entry. Can't find a way to do that. I really dislike this app.

Edit 11/23/20: There are too many different ways to request reimbursement and upload receipts. Options might be a good thing, but for an app like this, there should be one big button for the most common type of reimbursement: 1) reimbursement button, 2) take picture of receipt. Anything else is just complicating what should be an easy process. K.I.S.S. Pushing reimbursement money to a debit card is nasty. Please make an option for auto-bank account transfer in settings.
