Have to pair hearing aides at least once a day. I can turn the volume down but it suddenly shoots to 16! The app is slow to open for me. The old app worked great, if given a choice, I would still be using the old app.

I've tried to pair my hearing aids, and it's saying they need updating, does this mean another cost, just because you updated the app. you've heard that saying ( if it's not broke, than, leave it alone" or words to that effect.

I was advised that the aids would work with my Android device for streaming and taking calls. my phone is the new a16 Samsung 5g, the hearing aids aren't compatible with phone and the app. keeps failing, disconnecting.
