This is a very good app and a very good bird feeder, the one suggestion I have is I really with there was a way to trim the videos for each visit. The videos so often are 30 or 60 seconds, yet there's only a 1.5 second blip in the middle of the video that actually has birds. If I could trim down the video manually like how I can select the good pictures, I could save a lot of space

Our AI already does some trimming but it still has more to learn!
That said, please note that any postcards you save in the app, are saved on our servers and don't take up any space on your device! 😄

I like that it says bird species and that when they get it wrong, which happens a lot, it let's you change it. However 3 star because it's not an intuitive or streamlined app. Going to notifications sets you back to the main page which it doesn't let you set. Everytime you fly away, it doesn't take you back to where you were but to the main gallery page. When you go into savings pics, you get sent back to the main page all the way at the top even if you scrolled half way down. Super annoying

The latest version of the Android app is significantly broken on my phone, after working fine in previous versions. I cannot download or share photos now. The quick download button throws up an unhelpful error message with no suggestion for resolution. The share button now saves a text file instead of the photo itself. It's not a permissions issue, I checked, it's just hosed. Phone is a Samsung A14. If this doesn't get fixed then I'll take it down and cancel my order for the hummingbird feeder.
