Easy to use & complete app (some basic improvement will really improve the user experience): The UI is quite clear and I really like the quick access module on the bottom of the app for the most frequent operations, that is really nice - One point that I find quite frustrating though is that I want to categorize my expense to better manage my finance but I always have to do it manually even for recurring expenses and that is really frustrating and it would be relatively easy to implement ++

The worst signup process. First the signup was not working through the app since the IBAN was not accepted though the interface. Then through their website, they requested 10 documents which I provided all and no explanation what was not okay with the previous documents whatsoever. And neither did they explain clearly what other documents are needed. You can call a hotline, but only during the signup process. Once you are rejected, this does not work, so make sure to call while signing up.

I really like the app but the bugs blocking the connection after some updates are so penalizing (can't validate online payments for days) that they are well worth -1 star Edit : frankly, I wanted to be nice and give 4 stars but the app is bugged and inaccessible again ! Edit2 : bug happening again ! Impossible to connect to the app and to the site even on other devices. All assistance has to be done through connecting with the customer area, wich is impossible !
