Over the years, I’ve used most every RSS reader available on the Android platform and Capy Reader is the first to tick (almost) every one of my boxes! It imports OPML files and preserves your tags. You don’t need the full URL for a feed, just the domain and Capy will find the RSS file. It’s easy to tag, categorize, and filter items you add. Fetching the full article can be done automatically. The UI is clean. Add an option to use san serif fonts for articles and it would be perfect.

Thanks Ben! I'm adding a few more san serif font options to the latest update that should be available for download in the next few days. But if you have more ideas around fonts don't hesitate to email me at support@asteriastudio.com.

1. Amazing app. i love the support this app gets, a lot of updates. *Edit* Just figured out why unread articles disappear, touch the hamburger menu at the top left and at the bottom there are 3 options, All, Unread and Starred. Mine was set to unread. Great app and developer! 2. "Auto-delete old articles every month by default" How to disable this? i don't want my old articles "Auto-delete"ing every month by default. Unless i don't understand this setting, i would like to do this myself.

Under Settings > General you can scroll down to "Keep read articles". Tap that and select "Forever." That will prevent old articles from being deleted. Another way to keep individual read articles forever is by tapping the "star" icon. All read, starred articles are always kept forever. Hope this helps!

Love the widget. Unlike FeedMe, this is less intimidating to set up and fully functional without a donation. (Though I made a donation anyway)
