login has not been working lately. There is no clear notification of application status even after more than a month, you have to call and it doesn't say that either. Doesn't properly sync ongoing cases. I don't know why its always the important government and business apps that barely work but that level of neglegence is unacceptable.

I've tried recertifying a total of three times in five weeks just to have my case closed without any notification or reason why. I've sent all of my documents in orderly time and yet to receive a letter an email or for someone to finally pick up the phone to that bot like number still on file. I'm not the only one whose been screwed based upon the rest of the most recent reviews.

I filled out half of 1 of my applications. I came back to complete and it freezes on the last q. The app itself isn't frozen. It navigates me to where I am on the app and then it will simply not intake the answer. when I try to move forward it says I need to answer then it continues to not intake the answer so I simply cannot proceed. other than this glitch it was working fine. Nothing on my phone is frozen but once I hit that page it's a dead page. It's been days now.
