Ratings and reviews

horrible customer service. It would not let me add my card to my account and when I tried to ask live support for help I would only get generic answers like "check with your bank" or "did you make sure you put the card info in correctly". I did all of those things. Nothing was working, but it just kept saying "There was an error adding the card". One of the reps just ended the convo because I was "taking to long" trying to do the thing they asked me to do. It had only be 10 seconds.

Good customer service but terrible drivers and orders get rejected if the tip isnt to the drivers liking. No point putting anything less than 20 bucks. A 20 dollar tip on a 70 dollar order and still never got delivered. Kept saying on the way but never delivered. Ended canceling the order and driving to the resteraunt myself. Order was made and everything. Had them rering it up. Literally less than 50 bucks total. Upcharged and still didnt deliver.

App use to be fine but their support is so useless they just blame the customer for their mistakes and messups. My address is correct in my app and shows correct on the order but somehow it's different on their end causing them to deliver to the wrong location all the time. I asked for a refund and they walk me around in circles for an hour and ask me to walk across the entire complex to look for the order. They say sorry we escalated this and it will be up to 72 hours before someone calls me.
