I hate to give a bad review, but I believe Ecobank has lost my trust in them through their Rapidtransfer. I have been using this app for a while now. But last month I transferred $200, but the beneficiary didnt received the fund. I have been going back and forth with their unhelpful customer service rep. They stole my money. PLEASE AVOID THIS APP for your own good. I am deleting this app for good. Will use other transfer apps that has customer service rep here in US.

This app is becoming useless and frustrating. First, transaction was unsuccessful but amount was debited trying to get it resolved and it has beed a very bad experience. Now app won't even work at all (keep saying request unsuccessful when you open app). It's better you guys delete the app if you are not serious about fixing things

The passport scanning process is child's play. Im not interested in the excellent scanning process. What you guys should be interested in are the details on my passport. I have been trying to get my passport to fit into the box for so long and to be honest, it is not just frustrating but annoying and totally unnecessary. Please review and simplify the process for identification submission
