Terrible credit card and support is awful. App is the only way I can pay bills as all other options don't get processed appropriately, then leaving me with a late fee each of which has been waived but I've had to spend time calling to get it fixed. No confirmation code after bill paid and can't screen shot the app for proof of payment.

Update: customer service directed me to login options and to create an online banking account. That part was fairly easy. But how was I to know that.? Better directions/information would be helpful. I will now upgrade from a one star to a 3 star. Still needs easier accessibility. 1st experience - It tells you to download the app and log in with your user name and password....but no option to create an account....where are you creating the username and password?

the banking company never settles the card transactions but 2 a month instead of every night at end of business day so if you want a payment to show up on your credit card with in 3 business days like advertised you have to call in and pay a fee for them to take your money and pay your bill worst credit card company or bank around just for that reason. you can spend the money but they just don't take it when you try to pay a Bill.
