My debit card gets declined when trying to make payments and purchases online or in-store, even when I have enough funds in my account. I've been a customer of this bank for about 2 months and thinking about switching to a better bank. :\ [EDIT]: Even after calling the bank just to verify my identity and purchases and to authorize those purchases, my debit card gets declined over and over again, and I have to call the bank every single time to verify my ID, my transactions, etc. Worst bank!

Absolutely love the security, professionalism & friendliness of Frost bank & it's employees but the app is a nightmare. Although I love the features of the app, Ive had it for 3 years now & it takes RIDICULOUSLY LONG to open the app or load a new window, such as switching from looking at my accounts to my cards. I've lived in multiple cities since getting the app, done all the updates nothing seems to fix this issue. I'm honestly at my wits end with it. PLEASE FIX IT ALREADY

When I try to deposit a check using my Pixel 8 through the app, it takes me in an endless loop between entering the amount and taking a photo. I've reported this incident on January 25 (and continued reporting it every month), and it is still unresolved as of today, June 10. Completely unacceptable and very disappointing. I love Frost, but if this continues I will have to switch to another bank.
