I've been trying to renew my cloud membership from two weeks and the app is now allowing me to proceed, it shows some error like wrong page or says that I'm using the older version of the app and that I need to install the latest version, while I just installed the app from playstore, there's no update in playstore. I even raised the support request a week back and no response from them. Worst maintenance 🤬

Unable to see the footage uploaded to the cloud. Cloud storage is a premium paid service. When I contacted the customer support, they ask us to share login credentials to check the issue (!) and even then they they can see footage on the cloud but I am not able to on any of my device even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Then they say, they will send different APK over a WhatsApp link and ask me to install that app! What kind of ridiculous and unsafe methods they follow & advise!!

After the recent updates even though the wifi shows camera is connected but in side the app it shows offline..checked the connection it is connected but app keeps showing offline and sometimes when the camera suddenly becomes available as soon as I pan or tilt a few times it gets stuck and the goes offline even when connected to continuous power supply
